A local real estate company in need of a new name and brand that represented the whole team instead of one member.

Formerly KLRT (Kevin Lapp Real Estate Team), the name was simplified to Lapp Realty. The name still ties to the company owner but doesn't exclude the Realtors that work within the business. The icon is a take on the walls of a house that also form an "L" shape. The typography creates a bold and strong foundation.
